Yowamushi Pedal: Grande Road will pick up where season one left off and continue to follow Onoda, Naruko, Imazumi, and the entire Sohoku team as they compete in Day 3 of the Inter-High. Confirmed to be joining the returning members is Eikichi Machimiya of Hiroshima Kureminami Technical High School. His sole goal is to take down Hakone Academy.
