Jeremy Renner Talks More About MCU Movies
Jeremy Renner has basically just confirmed he is not dying in Age of Ultron or any time soon as he is signed on for Avengers 1-3 as well as a Hawkeye Solo movie if the studio every wants to make one!
Jeremy Renner talked about The Avengers: Age Of Ultron:
“We have to do some pick-up shots here and there, but for the most part. Hulk has a more prominent role, and I have a more prominent role. There are a lot more scenes of the entire Avengers gang together—both in and out of the cape, so to speak. It’s making me become a total fanboy. It’s pretty fun to be a part of. I think most actors will sign on to do, like… Captain America 1-3 and then The Avengers 1-3, and then you’re done. For me, I signed on to The Avengers 1-3 and then Hawk-Eye, in case they want to do a Hawkeye spin-off. It was fun to finally kind of discover who Clint Barton is a little bit. We have some good secrets revealed. I think everything that was great about the first Avengers, is exponentially expressed in this one. From the action, to the making fun of itself, and there’s a lot more time spent with the Avengers together, after being so separated in the first one. We’ve got some great new goodies, and some good baddies.”
This isn't confirming one any time soon but this does mean he's living past Age of Ultron and possibly getting a solo movie but when would this come out, no one has been expecting this but it would give a chance to show off Hawkeye more than The Avengers did.
Jeremy Renner talked about Captain America 3:
“Oh, that’s a rumor all right! I don’t know what’s going to happen. I know it’s going to start shooting in March. I haven’t had any official conversations about doing it or not.”
Jeremy Renner talked about the Avengers teaming with the Guardians of the Galaxy:
“That would be awesome. I think that would be awesome. Of course that’s the hopes with the puppeteers behind Marvel, but we’ll see, man. We’ll see…”
