'Nisekoi' Second Season is A Green-Lit

It was announced on the cover of Volume 14 of Nisekoi that second season of the Nisekoi manga adaption is on the way and its production is a green-lit. More information will be announced in future issues of Shueisha's Weekly Shounen Jump magazine.

The story revolves around Raku Ichijou (Kouki Uchiyama), a normal high school student who happens to be the heir to a yakuza group. The attractive but violent transfer student Chitoge Kirisaki (Nao Touyama), the heir to a rival yakuza group, transfers to his class, and the two must pretend to date to keep a war from breaking out between their families.

The 14th manga volume is also bundling an original video anime (OVA) on DVD, and the 16th volume will bundle an OVA as well.
